Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to standard transportation costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
• If rejected, we will provide an explanation and return the item if requested.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card provider (it may take time for the refund to be posted).
• Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the returned item is received.
• If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, we will refund the original purchaser.
